The Banner Student Information System will be undergoing maintenance from Friday, February 22nd at 10:00 p.m. until Saturday, February 23rd at 3:00 a.m. Self-Service Banner and some portions of the Rowan Online Portal — including the “My Courses” tool — are expected to be unavailable during the maintenance period. If you are attempting to access your courses during the maintenance period, it is strongly recommended that you proceed to Canvas directly by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking “Access your courses in Canvas” instead of using the “My Courses” tool. Online courses and access to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) should not be affected. If you experience any additional issues or are unable to log into the Rowan Online Portal during the maintenance period, please contact Rowan Online by submitting a support ticket or calling 856-256-5164.
The Instructure Canvas LMS will experience a brief maintenance window on Thursday, February 21st (2/21/2019) at 2:00 A.M. EST. Rowan Online anticipates this event will last 5-10 minutes.
